AutoCAD 2014 opens welcome screen in internet explorer

Hello , 

When the AutoCAD 2014 application is launched, it directs to internet explorer and welcome screen opens there. 

The "display at Startup" check box is unchecked but still it keeps coming. 

Please let me know if there is any way to sort it out.

The steps mentioned in the link was shared but still the issue continues to exists.

set the key LaunchNFW to 3,

This Command is using only for early version, Only previous link i submitted is solution i know, or Uninstall internet explorer and install Lastest internet explorer.
