autocad 2014 missing information in properties

hello Im using autocad 2014 and on this pc there are missing information in properties palette like if the selection is polyline,line etc and info like area...

why and how to solve it ?

Hi,

why did you mask the selected object in the first line? That's an important information.

At least it looks like nothing is selected and for AutoCAD 2013 or 2014 that happened when you installed AutoCAD and then uninstalled A360 ... in that case >>>this AKN article<<< should help.

hello, that's not a mask, is a transparent color  to show where the information is missing
