AutoCAD 2013 NLM was running without any problem from last 1 year.
But now giving an error. sometimes it gives error 'A valid license could not be obtained from network license manager' but somtimes runs without that error. (Antivirus/Firewall is disabled.) Most of the time it is running but not always.

A -15 error means "Cannot connect to license server system.".......... unfortunately this is pretty general.
Is the LM up and running?
Has anything changed on it?
More troubleshooting steps here.
LM is running. nothing is changed in its configuration.
If those two things are correct, then the problem must exist somewhere else. Either network problems or something on the client side. But _something_ has changed - the LM and client just didn't decide on their own to not communicate.
Do you have other client machines that connect to that same LM without error all the time? You said that this error only happens sometimes, so what do you do to solve it when it happens, just wait?
