Autocad 2011 - Export License Error 40

I need to export this licence because I have to re-asign this computer and I need to set free the "Slot" for this serial because there is already installed in (a total of 2 computers) If i don't release this licens and in the future if I need to install Autocad again, Adesk will block my serial (is up to 2 instalacions per key).

Same error both computers.
