AutoCAD 2010 Run Error "Unable to Run AutoCAD..."

Hello,

have been having some trouble with running AutoCAD 2010. Upon opening AutoCAD 2010 this error appears,

"Unable to run AutoCAD. This may be due to one of the following reasons:

     1) This version of AutoCAD was not installed properly. In this case, you may wish to reinstall AutoCAD.

     2) You do not have sufficient rights to run AutoCAD."

Some computer-AutoCAD 2010 History:

     1) AutoCAD 2010 operated normally on computer 1.

     2) AutoCAD 2016 was installed on computer1. AutoCAD 2010 and 2016 both operated normal on computer1.

     3) AutoCAD 2010 was uninstalled from computer1 and installed on computer2. AutoCAD 2016 operated normal on computer1 and AutoCAD 2010 operated normal on computer2.

     4) Ship Constructor 2012 is required for computer1. And it was quickly realized that Ship Constructor 2012 does not support AutoCAD 2016. AutoCAD 2010 needed to be reinstalled on computer1.

     5) AutoCAD 2010 was uninstalled from computer3 and reinstalled on computer1. After attempting to open AutoCAD 2010, error code above was displayed.

I have verified that the license transferred. I have verified that the correct .NET Framework is running on computer1. and i have verified that the correct Visual C++ downloads are installed. I have verified that the program is correctly running in compatibility mode with Windows 7.

Please help! i have been in a personal chat with an AutoDESK customer service rep and he said he would transfer me to a "specialty department" and that they would reach out to me in a couple of days. That was last Tuesday.

Do you know of any solutions?

Also, i should note that we uninstalled every AutoCAD (2010 AND 2016) File from computer1. Reinstalled both. and only AutoCAD 2016 will run now.
