Auto CAD mouse pointer is not working properly.

Hi,

I am using a surface for CAD and I have a problem.

When I try to use the mouse(pen, finger), it shows two mouse pointer at the same time.

Basically, I can't do anything with Autocad right now.

I am just wondering if there is any way to fix it.

mouse, hand, pen works with other apps and window.

It happens only with Autocad(basic version).

Could you let me know how to fix it, please?

I suggest to check if any updates needed from your Autodesk Desktop App .

my AUTO CAD2014 software mouse is not working properly error ,how can i resolve my issue plz helped me

Get a new mouse, plus newer mouse software if needed, they are not meant to last forever.
