Hi Guys,

 

Have a machine (win7/64 pro) joined to domain (sbs2011) installed with AutoCAD 2015 + AutoCAD 2016

early this week i gave this machine to other user, disconnect it from the domain and rejoined it with the

the other user profile

 

since then the user complains: he opens his dwg files getting Authorization error (see the pic)

i would like to mention that before, this machine was working prefectly

 

when disconnecting to machne from the domain, the error is vanish

 

workaround?

Hi @Moshe-A,

 

If removing the computer from the Domain fixes the problem, then there is likely an issue with the domain user profile licensing.

 

I suggest clearing the license date using the following steps;

 

  1. On your computer logged on as the Domain User with full local Admin permissions), navigate to: C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\CLM\LGS\<product key>_<<product version>>\
  2. Delete the LGS.data file.
  3. Navigate to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\
  4. Delete the ADUT folder and it's contents
  5. Start the application.
