I hope no one is going to do your homework for you.  That looks like there is enough information to draw it, with some Lines, some Circles, some Copying, Offsetting, Mirroring, Arraying, Trimming, Filleting.  And a few different kinds of Dimensions.  I assume an assignment like this would not require commands you have not been taught yet.  What have you tried?  How far have you gotten?  Where are you stuck?  Etc.

Hey I’ve done it to some point I think, I just am not sure if it will be accepted since it ain’t the identical.

Ask whoever will be reviewing your work.

The main concern with the your drawing solution is the use of 4 decimal places - no decimal places were shown on the original. Consider how expensive that makes part fabrication.

Well your drawing graphically does look like the picture other than the measurements showing extra decimal places. Do you not know how to change the dimension settings so they match with the picture? Check out this  link and this link

How’s about sharing the actual dwg file so we can examine if digitally what you drew is correct?
