Archblocks Hatch Pattern not found after intall

Archblocks Hatch Pattern not found after intall.  I have searched for the new file and closed CAD and even restarted my machine, but no luck.  I have never run a plug-in (or new app) in CAD.  I always had palletes and any plug-ins provided and an IT group that didn't want employees modifying any of it.  So I am not certain if my machine (Windows 10) or my anti virus software prevented a proper installation, or if there is another step I need to take to complete the install and use the hatches.

Thank you for any help

That's not anything from Autodesk or free: ARCHBLOCKS is a 3rd party add-on that you forgot to install for your new AutoCAD https://www.archblocks.com/archblocks-hatch-patterns-1.html

You can contact their support/sales folks there too https://www.archblocks.com/contact.html

Hi,

>> Archblocks Hatch Pattern not found after install.

The question is install where ? i mean that there is a default Support folder (listed below) that AutoCAD uses to find hatch patterns.  C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\AutoCAD xxx\Rxx.x\enu\Support also you have to look in the Custom tab in hatch dialog to use any new added hatch to your AutoCAD .

The orginal download was from the Autodesk app store and uses the Microsoft Installer to "install" the "app".  I found the app listed but I could not find its physical location.  I determined that it did not download correctly as a plugin or other possibilities.  Looking into it furher through the Archblock website and speaking to their support agent briefly, I decided to purchase it through their website and download the actual .zip file.  Issue resolved and hatches are working properly.
