APPLOAD Command

Hello

Previous to AutoCAD 2015, it used to be that when you used the appload command and browsed to a folder and then loaded a lisp command that from that folder from that point on whenever you typed appload it would start off in that same folder. It no longer does that. How do I set it to start up in a specific folder.

Thanks,

John

As WISP stated, its best to load any custom LSP applications via the CUI manager.

My APPLOAD in AutoCAD 2015 works well as previous versions.

My 2015 version remembers the file location between session without any issue.

Perhaps if Autocad has crashed or something it forgets to 'remember' the file paths - is everyhting else working okay?

Unless Windows OS is set to restore default settings.

I don't use APPLOAD to remember full time LISPs and add-ons I need all the time: only temp items. If it's broke in 2016 from 2015, there are so many ways around it while you all report the break to Autodesk and wait for a hotfix.

There are more established methods that have always worked and still work (acaddoc.lsp placement would be a good start, then the CUI method noted above etc).
