Annotative Text Style Height variation in Annotate tab (text panel)

All, 

I have built an imperial detail template for my office completely annotative. 

All text styles are set to 3.175mm or 6.35mm height. The template, however, is storing some random values (even in inches) for text height in the text panel within the annotative tab. 

How do I delete all these values that I don't need from the template?
