Annotative Objects Not Showing in Model Space

Hey AutoCAD community,

I am new to using annotative text/leaders/dims... I know I know, I am late to the party.

Anyways.

I have it all set up now, or so I thought. When in paper space I double click on the viewport, to go to my drawing and add dimensions/text/leader etc. But then when I flip back to model space, none of it is showing up?

I am thinking it has to do with something in my annotative dimension properties? Because if I just draw a line or an object using this same method, it does show up in model space.

Pls help!

Thanks.

@jul.cangemi  hi,

annotation objects are controlled by their annotative scale property and CANNOSCALE (system variable) in model space. for example let's take a dimension...it must be inherit from annotative dimstyle and has some annotative scale relate to it (in property palette) for example 1:50 and the CANNOSCALE must also set to "1:50" in order it to show in model space. in paper space the viewport scale comes instead cannoscale.

edit:  the annoallvisible variable should be set to 1 to see all dimensions, text and leaders in model space

Make sure your viewport has the same annotative scale assigned as your objects.  Also see screenshot below.
