Annotative blocks not working

Hi there, I have a fully annotative tool palette that i used in the Autocad 2018 for 2D drawings and my computer was recently upgraded so i got a new Autocad 2018 installed where i added the toolpalette as usual. However since the Autocad was reinstalled i cannot seem to see the blocks properly. Some of them are working and I can see them and others i can only see some entities of them like an arrow without text or titles where i can see the scale but not the title etc. can someone please assist me with fixing this im not sure how, Its happening on other peoples computers who have had it reinstalled as well. The dimensions are leaders are fine its the special blocks that are a problem.Capture.PNG

Thanks

Have you tried playing with your annotation options in the bottom right hand corner? They may be turned off etc.

Hi,

in your Layout , every thing is appeared and nothing disappeared .

in your Model layout , i notice that you have some objects flying in the space !!! i think that your issue will resolve if you change your ANNOALLVISIBLE = 1 .

Command: ANNOALLVISIBLE
Enter new value for ANNOALLVISIBLE <0>: 1

please when you close your drawing and open it again .... ANNOALLVISIBLE is set to  0  or   1  ? and if you toggling between those values any changes ?

As soon as i move a text to a new clean fresh drawing it works fine but if i move the entire drawing the error persists im sure its a viewing problem and theres just a bug in the file are there any additional cleaning commands you perhaps know besides purge, audit, overkill etc.

Thanks
