Annotative Block Scaling issue

Hi All,

I am new to annotative part of Autocad.Just tried creating annotative door tag block for d-w schedule.The behaviour  of the annotative block to different scale does not seem to be fine(such as in 1:25)its quite big.Does anybody have any suggestion.

How did you expect it ?!! it's Normal ... 1:25 is a big enlargements scale .. isn't it ? 

in AutoCAD  1:25   Annotation scale means   1 Paper unit = 25 drawing units .
