annotations in meter

I have annotation library (blocks and styles) created in millimeters.
How can I make them annotations in meter?

Hi,

can you please show a dwg-file so we know what you mean by "annotations"? It could be so much like text, mtext, block with attributes, leaders, dimensions, ... all this including fields?

The answer could be scale the objects with factor 1/1000 or multiply the values with 1/1000
