Need some help from expert users here, I need to dimension angles from a fixed horizontal line (green in screenshot). subsequent angles should be shown as 224.5deg instead of 44.5 and 345 deg instead of 165. Appreciate guidance on this. thanks!

Please type in the command "DIMANG" and press "Enter" key to "specify angle vertex". Now choose the points 1, 2 and 3 as shown in the image below.
