Angled elevations

Hi !
I used this command a long time ago and I dont remember how to do it anymore but I know its possible.Basically if you draw an elevation head on, flat but this elevation is actually on an angled wall in your floor plan, once you want to do an overall elevation you dont need to project all lines from the angled portion, there is a command you can give autocad the angle and it kind of shirinks the elevation alongside the x axis and projects the elevation in the given angle.
The scale comand doesnt work bec ause it shrinks everything proportionally, in this command I am talking about it only affects the elevation on the x axis.
Do you know what command is this??
Thank you!

If it's not UCS then it could be a block and insert with different scale for x and y axis.

I have tried both but its neither.

The block scale will sclae the entire elevation proportionally

The UCS will only allow me to work at an angle but not to convert a flat elevation into an angled elevation

INSERT can be any scale, maybe you can sketch what you need and post the photo here, many help can be offered.

BEDIT the block and check if "Scale uniformly" is "No".
Exit the block editor and use the PROPERTIES window
to adjust the X scale factor.
