Anchoring lines to an object

Hello, I'm fairly new to autocad, and I'm currently laying out wiring diagrams in 2D using Autocad 2015.

Is there a way anchor a line to a box at both ends so that if you move one of the boxs the line moves with it while the other end stays in place?

I've searched around, but couldn't really find any answers.

Thanks!

Well, I want to have, say 8 lines going into one box, then move that box and have the lines come with it while the other ends stay in place.

You need to post an example drawing so we know exactly what you are asking.

You need to look into this command.  You should definitely try learning more about parametric drawing. it will open a whole new world of possibilites (and accompanying frustrations, of course).
