Amount of revision rows depends on DWGNAME and substr in it

Hello,

I have a file 'ProjectTable.dwg'.

It contains:

-some lines forming table

-name of company - CONSTANT

-name of drawing - Field with substr and getvar of DWGNAME

-number of revision  - Field with substr and getvar of DWGNAME, other marks

etc.

I have also at the top of the table rows representing number, description and date of revision.

And all above is my XREF. Its not a drawing.

In every my drawing i attach this ProjectTable.

Name of every drawing is formated this way:

XXXX_YY_NNN... .dwg

XXXX - number of drawing

YY - number of revision

NNN... - name of drawing

So if my ProjectTable(xref) contains well formated Fields these variables work just fine in drawings.

My problem is:

I would like to achieve fitted number of rows to number of revision.

Revision0 - 1 row.

Revision1 - 2 rows.

Revision2 - 3 rows. etc.

And it should be automated from XREF  / ProjectTable.dwg level.

I tried array of elements but DWGNAME or part of it cant be variable in Quick Calc.

Ive tried visibility but i dont have any idea how to connect it with 'YY'.

Is it possible to achieve moving rows and text in Drawing from Level of Xref?

Help me please.

I have this as variable

$(substr,$(getvar, DWGNAME), 6, 2)

Now i need to put it somewhere to do dynamic block or just start hidding and appearing lines.

I attach screen with the concept.

I could do only one Table with 10 revisions rows but it isnt a solution and in most cases it would take to much space.

I apreciate any help and hints.

Igor

I want to achieve idea attached on the image.

Idea explained in more graphic way. I can use whatever: points of line, atributtes. But not Lisp routine.

I doubt this magic is possible but let me know. Im not so advanced in this topic.
