Always printing in A4 size

On our new HP Plotter, no matter what paper we choose (all of the Oversized paper sizes show, and we can select them) print out in A4 size. Tried to troubleshoot it but no luck.

which plotter are you using, which driver for the plotter is installed?

Which version and update of AutoCAD (AutoCAD command _ABOUT)

Which operating system are you using?

HP DesignJet T830 MFP, using all the current drivers and latest versions

I read that too often, please understand that the detailed information is necessary, so let us know which operating system and which version of AutoCAD (screenshot of command _ABOUT) is necessary.

Otherwise we start guessing over guessing without sending real valuable suggestions/solutions for your situations.

Can you print to these other page sizes from other programs?
Are you plotting to the system printer driver like all other programs, or did you create an A4 only PC3 file for AutoCAD?
