Allied product not found

Good Afternoon, 

I am hear investigating an issue for one of my clients.

They have Autocad 2014 which was working well until his PC was upgraded to Windows 10. After the upgarde there was an issue where Autocad would not launch, so in haste my client attempted to reinstall the application and has been confronted with the "Allied Product Not Found" issue. I know there is a MS Fix It that ca\n resolve the issue, but it's not compatible with Windows 10.

Can any one offer any assistance in how we go about getting a claen install back on the Windows 10 PC.

Hi,

take the option (within 30 days) to get back to the Windows operating system used before (or update AutoCAD to 2016 SP1).

AutoCAD 2014 is not compatible to Windows 10 and I doubt it will be in the near future running without issues.

Hi Alfred,

Thanks for the response, but we are unfortunately outside the 30 roll back option to retreat from Windows 10. As someone who works in IT I am aware that unsupported and incompatible are not the same thing, but you argument is valid, just not in this case.
