Help! When I batch publish to create a PDF, all of my text shows up as boxes (see image attached). The font I selected within my drawing is Futura. It shows up fine in model and paper space, but it does not translate when creating a PDF.
It seems a font issue to me.
1. The language setup may not in English.
2. Please check the font setup with the text style in the drawing.
3. Then check that font if it is available in "Font" folder in Windows.

You need check the box: Embed Fonts.

No, unfortunately that doesn't work. The texts shows up in the preview as well. I don't think it has anything to do with the PDF software.
There is a "PDF Option" in Plot dialog if plotter "AutoCAD PDF.pc3" is selected.
When "PDF Option" dialog appears, it may do the trick by unchecking "Capture fonts used in the drawing".
