All Autodesk products will not recognize GPU

I mainly use Plant3d 2024 right now.  When I booted up Monday morning, the software was no longer recognizing the GPU, so hardware acceleration was turned off, and was grayed out.  I then opened regular AutoCAD 2024, and it had the same problem.  I then downloaded Plant3d 2025, which also had the same problem.  Everything in the pc seems to show the GPU is working.  We made sure all the drivers were updated.  I also did google it and tried everything out there to reset it, to no avail.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!!

Thank you.  We did find that page yesterday as well, and we tried those with our IT service.

This is the only part we did not try, as we could not find this option when right-clicking on autocad

  1. Right-click on the Autodesk software and choose Run with graphics processor > Change default graphics processor...

    Alternatively:

    1. Right-click the desktop and choose NVIDIA Control Panel.
    2. Click Manage 3D settings on the left and then click the Program Settings tab.

Here is how to open a support case with Autodesk if you are on subscription to seek out Autodesk Support's help:
