Align square two points to arc

Im trying to align two points of a quare to an arch using the align command but its not doing it just the way I want. The second attemp, by rotating it, is more of what I want, but need the corners to be touching the arc.

Draw a circle with radius = the side of the square then align to that intersection.

I have a set point for one of the corners, the tricky part is getting the circle to align to that line/set point
