after disable and enble Hatch layer, hatch not visible

hi , i'm working on large academic project ,after applying layoff in hatch layer ,later again turning on the hatch layer, but no previous hatch showing in the file ,but newly applied hatch showing..  i tried FILL ,FILLMODE but dosent work

LAYON command : All layers that were previously turned off are turned back on. Objects created on those layers become visible, unless the layers are also frozen.

LAYOFF command : Turns off the layer of a selected object.

i see that you have many xrefs and images attached to your drawing. i'm afraid that your hatch set below some images that hide that hatch .
