On September 24th, 2019 from 6:00am to 2:00am on September 25^th PST, come to this board and engage with us! There’s no limit on how many questions you can ask, we’re up for the challenge!

We are glad you came to Autodesk Answer Day.  There are many product experts online to share their knowledge with you. Spend a minute, an hour, or the whole day in the Autodesk Community to interact directly with the people who bring you this award-winning industrial and mechanical design software!

How The Day will work in the ENGLISH Community:

Our team of experts will be in the following Community categories from September 24th, 2019 from 6:00am to 2:00am on September 25^th PST ready to answer your questions. Just pick your product category, select a forum and click the “Create a New Post” button to ask your question.

• AutoCAD (including AutoCAD LT, AutoCAD Architecture, AutoCAD for Mac, AutoCAD Electrical, AutoCAD Plant 3D, AutoCAD Map 3D, AutoCAD Mechanical, AutoCAD MEP, AutoCAD P&ID)
• Civil 3D 
• Revit (including Revit MEP and Revit Structure)
• BIM 360

You can easily recognize our experts out in the Community.   If they have the Autodesk icon by their names, they are Autodesk employees. If they have the Autodesk Expert Elite icon by their names, they are not employed by Autodesk, but they are very knowledgeable.   

If you have technical questions, the more information you give us, the more quickly we will be able to assist you.  Having your product version, any error messages, any recent hardware or software changes will go a long way in helping us solve your problem.

On behalf of the experts participating, I would like to thank you for attending and for connecting with us.  We hope you will return to the boards to share your experiences, both good and bad.
