Good question. There's a lot of Autodesk stuff running, even if you don't run any Autodesk application. About a month I've disabled several Autodesk services without problem so far:
- Autodesk Access Service Host
- Flexnet Licensing Service
- ADPClientService.exe
- GenuineService.exe
- AdSSO.exe
- AdskIdentityManager.exe
It might be different for your environment...
