Adding custom note when hovering over text

I want to add a custom note to a "text" when I hover over that particular text. The rollover box is a great tool but I would like to customize this.

So, I have hovered over the 1 1/2"-P363-C21-2 1/2" text that is above the red process line. It appears the rollover box with information like: the color and line and all that. This is ok, but I also want to add a custom note either by hovering over it or clicking on the text. Here would be perfect instance to add a note so when you click/hover over it, it would say "this line is filled with H20 and chlorine". Is something like this available or can be done a different way?

Hello!  From what I have found in a quick search it appears that these Tooltips can be customized, but I do not see an option for adding custom text, only choosing properties to include in the tooltip box.

One possibility:  Use a Block rather than Text for the process line label.  Have the visible text part as either [M]Text or an Attribute in the Block, and have another invisible Attribute with the message you want to see, as part of the Block.  Then when you pick the Block, in the Properties palette [which I just keep up all the time anyway], you will see the contents of all Attributes, including that invisible message one.  Or you can Customize the Rollover Tooltip [follow @CGBenner's link] to show the Attribute values of a Block, so you can see your message there by just hovering over it.  Or both.

You can't with the built-in tool. Sorry.

You can use HYPERLINKs to simulate your need, look up usage in HELP.

Are you using ACADE or MEP or P3D? ask in those forums instead of here, you might be able to do more with that AEC content.
