Activation and Registration NO HELP FROM AUSTODESK

I have been trying for over a week to get my renewal reactivated and have not been able to do it. 

I have contacted Autodesk thru every option made available as well as Chat and they have all directed me to some phantom division that has not returned a single email or phone call. 

I have already missed two submittal deadlines

HELP!!!
