we went to a cloud based file system/server. and now we are having issues with the same file able to be opened by multiple users. is there some way to stop this since it can cause hours of lost work. I work in the electrical/structural industry and we all need access to others files at any given time.
but if I am in a file and someone else can access it while i am still making edits and they get the unsaved version then what they are doing can be wrong depending on what they are doing or looking for.
