Good morning, good sir.

I was wondering whether there is a way to change the viewport's scale in the paperspace, without actually entering the paperspace, i.e. changing it inside the model space (be it through built-in features or a LISP routine). It could really helps me in the long run.

Click on the viewport frame, change the scale in Properties Pallet

Not requiring entering the papers space.

Hello, thank you for your kind response.

I see, that is indeed a way to do it that I'm unaware of. Is there also a way to change the viewport scale without entering the layout tab at all?

If possible, I wanted to set everything up in the model space, or at least the viewport scale. My device gets very laggy or even freezes when I switched tab due to gargantuan amount of objects I had. (I cannot include the file sadly, due to NDA issue)

You are welcome to download my free VpScale Apps which includes a command called DDSetVpSc.lsp

Though the DDSetVpSc.lsp still requires to go into each layout you've selected to change the VPort's scale, at least it'll do everything automatically.

Good afternoon.

Thank you for your kind response. It is indeed what I was looking for, even if it still requires to navigate into each layouts. This would really helps shorten (or hopefully remove, even) the time consumed manually adjusting the scales.

I will give it a shot, it will do for now.
