A software problem has caused autocad to close unexpectedly: can't PLOT.

Hello guys. I'm having a pretty serious problem and can't figure out how to solve it. I'm using the student version of AutoCAD, and doing a job mapping two really big farms. They're about 35k hectares (86k acres) each, on separate files. The blueprint itself it's not really complex, but maybe a bit heavy. I have finished my job, but can't collect due to this problem when trying to plot.

I have tried on 6 different computers, purged, audited, exploded blocks, copied it into a new empty file, deactivated hardware accelerator, tried EXPORTPDF. Same result.

I uninstalled and reinstalled (2018 version), tried on 2020 and 2017's versions. Always the same sign when I hit Save: ''A software problem has caused autocad to close unexpectedly'' with both files.

I have no trouble on sharing the file uppon request, if you think you may solve it!

Cheers

Santiago

Why not just send in the error report and see how Autodesk responds?

I did! They opened my ''case'' about four days ago and never replied.

Try removing all page setups from the DWG(s) and then add back the one(s) you need.

Solved! I was able to plot by two means:

1) Downloading Autocad 2021

2) Downloading PDF Creator to convert.
