a small doubt about design center

i had copied a block from current drawing  using clipboard copy  feature and pasted it in a custom drawing file which was in design center folder .but while closing  or saving the custom drawing file after paste it is showing the warning message          

                      you don't have permission to save to this  location contact your administrator to obtain permission

the custom drawing file is in  c/program files/Autodesk/Autocad 2022/sample/en-us/design center

Few organizations allow users to modify files under c:/program files/
