a fixed radius set between 2 points

Hello, I believe I'm having the biggest brain fart of all time and require your knowledge please.

I have two known points and I want to have a radius set between them so that the radius remains the set size of 10.3mm BUT the points are quite close together and therefor a simple fillet throws up an error and trying to use Tan Tan Radius make the tangent sit further back from the desired points.

Is there a specific way to have a radius rotate or touch both points. I haven't needed to do this for a few years so I'm really empty with ideas.

The points in the blue circles are where I am trying to place the 10.3 rad. I just can't seem to keep it fixed to one point while rotating it to touch the second point.

Many many thanks to both of you. 🙂 Spot on! Brain-fart over haha

One method I finally worked out because I forgot about the sub categories of ARC lol

I plotted Circle from one known point at 10.3rad and then another from the second point. Where they both intersect I draw the 10.3 circle tool from the intersect and of course it touched the points exactly. So old school aren't I 😞

Again thank you!!
