3d planes

I have built a number of 3d polygons in AutoCAD 2020.  They represent a carpark I have a project on.  There are 3 main sections a central platform.  To the left the spaces fall away at an angle of 1:10, to the right they increase in spot height at an angle of 1:40.

I have drawn a symbol to sit in the spaces, however when I try to copy them from the 1:10 angle spaces onto the 1:40 angle spaces they keep in the same plane.

I hope this makes sense??

Anyway...I have tried to change the UCS, but that isnt working.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

I assume the "symbol" is geometry and not text and that you are comfortable using object snaps.

There are several techniques you could use.  For example,

1. Define a UCS for the plane and then add your symbol.

2. Copy the symbol geometry then use 3d align to position it in the desired plane.
