3D Commands Not Recognized

Hello, I'm having issues with the 3D commands (orbit, pan, etc.) not being recognized. When I type the command in to the command bar, or click on the button in the ribbon, I get a message below saying it is not recognized. Anyone have any thoughts?

What does ABOUT command list as your exact AutoCAD version?

I have AutoCAD 2018.

Thanks for the info: so that's not a new version, so what is different with your setup today that broke it: did you introduce or remove a 3rd party add-on? Or something else that is different or new today or recently?

Otherwise I see a reinstall of the software in your future to fix the issue.

TIA

The commands worked fine when I purchased the license a little over a year ago, but quit working a few months ago. I've tried both repairing and reinstalling the software but no luck!

Log into your PC as an all new user with full admin rights, then test AutoCAD2018: let us know if that works.

If not, what is your OS?
Post a screenshot of your full expanded AutoCAD program window with ABOUT command's pop-up in the center of the screen please, lets see if we all notice anything else going on.

Here is how to grab a high-res screenshot if you don't know how to do it https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4027213/windows-10-open-snipping-tool-and-take-a-screenshot
