30x42 expanded border

Another CAD drafter from another office used Publish to plot his drawings that I now am in charge of. I use Bluebeam to plot drawing through the sheet set manager. He used the 30x42 expanded t-block but I don't have that in my plotter settings. Only have 30x42 borderless and the dashed line for plotting is outside one side of t-block. I have a lot of drawings to plot. Is there a quick and easy fix for that. How do I get a 30x42 expanded drawing into my program.

Thanks.

Create a new paper size for your PC3 file. Use the sizes 42 and 30, and set the margins to 0.0.

There will be no dashed line, and the only real-world cut-off will be the unprintable area of your hard copy printer.

If you want to use BueBeam, a 3rd party software/driver, you need to contact BlueBeam Support for help with their product https://support.bluebeam.com/

If you want to use the built-in PDF drivers like the "other office", it has what you want.

Could you walk me though the steps so I don't mess something up?

Hi @lmarsh,

This is pretty simple to accomplish. I do not have BlueBeam but the steps should be the same. I made a quick video to show how I create a named page setup and also create a new PC3 to show only full-bleed Architectural sheets.  Let me know if you need further help to do this on your side.

Thanks so much! I went though the steps you provided in your video and it worked. But come to find out that wasn't my problem. Much simpler.

I had changed the printer/plotter settings in AutoCADD to what I would normally use in my office for plotter vs other office. Needed to use the .pc3 file other office used and Bluebeam plots drawing ok though the sheetset manager. Hope that make sense.

Thank you for your time!!
