I've just installed 2017 Autocad. What I'm trying to find is a parameter that will set the 2D model space to end above the Command line. As it is now, the Command line is considered transparent, which gives you more realestate in model space, but it seems like I'm constantly panning up so I can select something behind the Command line. I would rather loose that bit of work space.
Why don't you just dock the commandline, or move it to a second or third monitor out of your AutoCAD drawing area? Just because someone at Autodesk floated out there doesn't mean it has to stay there 🙂
