I just noticed that all of my Block Authoring Pallets were empty. I was reading on how to fix them and I went to the folder location
C:\Users\*****\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2020\R23.1\enu\Support\authorpalette\Palettes
but there was another Palettes folder inside the Palettes folder which shouldn't be there. When I looked inside the other folder it had the exact same 4 ATC files. I looked at both files to see what the differences were and the ones in the Palettes folder only had 1 line but the ones in the extra Palettes folder had a bunch of lines. Looking at the dates of the files is what lead me to my conclusion. The ones in the extra folder were my originals from the install and the new ones had the same date from when I installed the 2020 update 2.
The fix was to just move the old ones up one folder to the correct location and over write the new ones. I zipped up the new ones just in case. Everything works fine now.
