2018 version Printing

I have received the attached drawing from my designer. There were total of five drawings. I could print all of them except this one. In preview, it shows everything but what I save is blank sheet.

I need help ASAP. I have to turn this project shortly.

Any help will be appreciated.

I found the solution. I changed plotter to PDF high quality and it worked.

Since the original plot setting is setup for Adobe PDF, unless you have that installed in Windows you won't be able to get a plot:

Just changing that to the standard built-in DWG To PDF.pc3 would resolve the problem...there's no need to use the PDF high quality
