2018 offline help

I down loaded 2018 offline help. When I tried to install it the install button was grayed out.  Is there another step?

Are you sure you havent't installed it already? I think the Install Button is greyed out because, the the program has already been installed.

Stay offline and press F1 key in AutoCAD to verify.

Restart your PC.
Download the 2018 offline HELP again.
Try the installation one more time.

If it is still 'grayed out' then reach out to your IT/friend with IT abilities to help you out, there is something on your PC not completing the task at hand.
