Zoom/Selection issues.

Hi everyone, having an issue with zooming in on selections. With objects selected if I zoom in, my selections get deselected. Ref. screencast for example. Is this a bug or something I can correct?

What kind of zoom method do you use?
Is it zooming in with mouse wheel? Or you mean ZOOM command with "Object" option? Or ZOOM command with Window option?

The issue occurs with mouse scroll zooms. Pardon the previous miss! PFA:

Is the viewport where you scroll-zoom locked?
Plus on your screencast, I cannot see Command window output at the moment when you zoom with mouse wheel. Can you tell me what happens in the command window?

@maxim_k  i am using a locked viewport to work yes. Ref. new screencast with visible command window. Recording this video, a selection would sometimes get deselected and others not – odd behaviour.

Behavior cleared itself out! AC was glitchy till I restored my iMac a few times over the past few days. Ill double back to this thread if this issue persists. Thank you for support @maxim_k  ☻

Please let me know how did you solve the problem?

I switched from PC to mac recently.

It started to happen using one file, and now all files have the same problem. Using selectionoffscreen command doesn't help.

Hi @Norichan77 ,

Please specify AutoCAD version you are using (2020, 2021....) and macOS version installed on your Mac.

Can you share the drawing with this problem?
