Xref wont show when batch plotting

I am running AutoCAD LT 2020 on a macOS Mojave - local drive, not network. When I batch plot, the xref is not showing on all sheets, only some. Its all the same xref file. I have detached and reattached. the xref is on a printing layer.

Any ideas?

Can you share the drawing by ETRANSMIT, so that we can look into it.
