xref not showing up in export

I am using AutoCAD LT 2019 and I am having an issue with xrefs not showing up when I export the drawing to PDF. The grid lines in the plan are xref.ed into multiple files and they show up in the plot file and on the plot sheet. That said, when i export to PDF they disappear momentarily and are not in the resultant PDF.

The xrefs are not on a "no plot layer"

The xref is "attached"

Graphic lines in the original .dwg are not on a "no plot layer"

I am using dropbox as my server but all the files exist on my machine.

Please help.

Hi Josh,

Do you have this issue with xrefs which are on your local drive?
What kind of printing device you have in Page Setup?
Have you installed all updates to AutoCAD?
