Xref not displaying in layout space as drawn

When the exref is attached to layout space it is missing the image of the title block. Below are the numbered steps I took. How do I get the xref to display correctly?

These images show the steps I took to attach the xref. The steps are numbered 1 - 6.

Do you just need to thaw/turn on all of your layers, then zoom out and pan around to look for it?

Hey Pendean,

The layers property screen is not displaying all the layers. I can’t select the layer to thaw/turn on. How do I get the list of layers to display?

In order to be able to see all layers, including Xref layers, you need to turn on this option here:

From your screenshot I see that there is a problem with images attached to your Title Block (question mark). If you select one of these images in the Reference Manager, what do you see in the Status field?

And - have you tried to change reference type for the Title Block from Overlay to Attachment?
