Workspaces For Mac?

I'm using LT for Mac. I've got all my palettes, shortcuts, settings etc set up the way I like and I want to save my Workspace. Is this possible on the Mac version? All the tutorials I've seen online are for Windows and/or full version. Menus/commands for workspace don't seem to show up on Mac and my CUI doesn't have options like the Windows version. Thanks!

Hi @Anonymous ,

This question has been asked many times on the Forum.

Officially you cannot save Workspace in AutoCAD for Mac.

All Workspace settings on Mac are saved in Profile.aws file inside

"~/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Autocad LT 2022 Standalone/R24.1/roaming/Support" folder.

After making changes to Workspace you can copy that file to a safe place and then use it when you need to restore your settings - just copy it back to original location from the "safe place" where you saved it.

Windows versions are so different it is best if you just ignore most of them when it comes to the interface and abilities: instead, search this forum for tips and tricks, almost anything you can think of to ask has already been asked and answered by others.
