Hello, I have AutoCAD 2013 that runs on Mac OS 10.7 Lion, I want to update to AutoCAD 2014 but it's written that the minimum requirement is 10.8 Mountain Lion, however I refuse to update my system, so, is AutoCAD 2014 going to run on 10.7 ?

- no, it will not run.

Why on earth would you not want to run the latest 10.9.2 OSX ? My Autocad2014 flies on it.
