Hi,

What AutoCAD version and macOS do you have on your Mac? I'm asking because you need to reinstall AutoCAD and the exact steps depends on AutoCAD and macOS versions.

In general, you need to perform these steps:
- perform clean uninstall of AutoCAD:
https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-for-mac/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/...

- verify that AutoCAD version you have is supported on macOS you have on your Mac:
https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-for-mac/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/...

- use appropriate installer to install AutoCAD again, then install all updates (if they are not included with AutoCAD installer)

If you provide your AutoCAD and macOS version, I will able to give you more accurate instructions.

Dear Maxim

Thanks for the mail

I believe I have both Autocad LT 2019 and LT 2020 for Mac

My MacBook is on Catalina 10.15.1

For AC LT 2020:

It is not enough to just install 2029 and 2020 versions, you must find and install the latest updates yourself for both programs to be Catalina capable too.

Search for and get those updates from your autodesk login account page.
