Which Software for 400 acres

Hello my name is Sophia Hoffman and I work for First Fleet Concerts. We are in the process of organizing our annual music festival, Hinterland and I wanted to inquire about which Cabmap software you would recommend for mapping our 400 acre lot. We want to utilize drone technology and a Cabmap software to help us pinpoint specific GPS spots to create an accurate map for fencing, parking, etc. We would need to be able to use MAC os and have easy access to the maps on our mobile devices. Not sure what do you mean by "Cabmap software", but AutoCAD for Mac definitely won't help you to pinpoint specific GPS spots to create an accurate map for fencing, parking, etc.

Chief Architect can handle GIS data, draw fences, structures, and other things. That might work.

you can however place drone photos, and overlay title drawings from a government agency and regular maps (openstreetmaps.org) to set up longitude and latitude lines on a custom drawing. But don't expect Autocad to do any of the setting up part for you… once you have it set up you can align drawing units to align with GPS coordinates for a small area like 400 acres without any significant distortion due to creature of the Earth etc.  Have done similar in the past for site drawings.

Lots of surveyors will output their field measurements into a plan with street and other map data for you that can be opened in any CAD software you choose to use. 

As for mobiles, you haven't describe the use case in any detail to hazard a guess, but Autocad can export PDF maps and drawing which any mobile device can load up and provide access to.
