I just imported /opened a drawing file that was created in Microstation. The file opens fine and all the items, including the layers are there. However when I attempt to insert a block from my library (titleblock) it is not available, apparently the only blocks available to me are the ones that are specific to the opened drawing. Where and how can I get my other blocks to open in this drawing, or is there another workaroung?
